Our proactive QA and QC policies and procedures ensure the highest quality products for our clients. Our facility is SQF, GFSI and GMP compliant, thereby guaranteeing optimum standards throughout all stages of the production process.

Food Sciences goes to great lengths to ensure best-in-class processes for products of exceptional quality. Everything we produce is rooted in meticulous quality management.

Our Quality Assurance (QA) team selects, evaluates, and approves raw materials based on product specifications using a strict supplier approval process. We have established a network of world-class vendors that have been fully vetted, and our QA team tests and screens all raw materials and ingredients to ensure optimum quality. In addition, QA has established and strictly enforced guidelines to confirm quality is achieved throughout every level of the manufacturing process.

Our quality guidelines ensure that every product manufactured in our facilities is subjected to the highest level of oversight and standards, and our Quality Control (QC) team performs rigorous testing and inspections to safeguard compliance. In addition, all products undergo microbiological evaluation and organoleptic testing to assure meticulous safety and quality standards are met during all phases of production and before they are released for shipping.

With stringent proactive and preventative controls in place, our QA and QC teams continually audit procedures, equipment and protections on the plant floor, providing supervision in the manufacturing of all products, and keeping full documentation of all quality checks. All Food Sciences Corporation products meet the Federal Code of Regulation requirements for Good Manufacturing Practices and NLEA/DSHEA labeling of Food Products and Dietary Supplements. The FDA conducts regular inspections and independent audits are also conducted to validate that all aspects of production are performed at a level to assure optimal product quality. Safe Quality Food (SQF) Certification

Food Sciences Corporation has been certified by SCS Global Services (SCS) under the Safe Quality Food (SQF) standard. SQF is a multi-level food safety and quality program, benchmarked to the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Certification

The State of New Jersey Department of Health has certified that Food Sciences Corporation operates a manufacturing facility that is inspected by the New Jersey Department of Health, Consumer, Environmental and Occupational Health Service. As such, Food Sciences Corporation is subject to the statutes and regulations of the New Jersey Food and Cosmetic Act and the United States Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, which include the current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
